What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email if you give one, your suburb, and whatever you tell us about the job. The Level Check runs entirely in your browser; its answers only reach us if you choose to send them with an enquiry.

What we do with it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, book the work, and carry it out. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that's the whole journey your details take. We don't sell, rent or trade them, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

What we keep

Enquiries are kept while they're being handled and for a reasonable period afterwards, so a follow-up call about the same door makes sense to both of us. If you'd like an enquiry deleted, ask through the enquiry form and we'll take care of it.

Basic web records

Like nearly every website, the server keeps standard technical logs (things like pages requested and approximate request origin) for security and to keep the site working. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
